This unit is connected to two high-speed intelligent bilateral machines, which eliminates the need for manual transportation of glass/rock slabs.It adopts a 2-segment structure. The front section is transported / changed the direction of operation of the glass/slab by parabolic lifting structure.
The rear end is speed-controlled by frequency conversion to transport glass/rock slabs at high speed to ensure that the No. 2 bilateral edge grinding machine does not run empty, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.

Intelligent detection bench

The detection speed is fast, the detection accuracy is high, and the repeat detection accuracy can reach ±0.2mm.Dual servo driven, high-precision rack and tooth detection.The test bench is equipped with SCADA software system, the software system can import the glass processing process card information in the ERP system in a variety of ways to compare data, and can monitor the processing status in real time, can send the opening and closing size data to the grinding machine, can guide the process after the grinding (for example: sub-rack information, whether to punch), manage the production process, and analyze the completion of the order.
